Too often, newly promoted leaders are expected to succeed without a roadmap. They inherit complex teams, expanded responsibilities, and enterprise-wide decisions while relying on skills that earned the promotion—but are no longer enough.

After years of leading complex operational initiatives, executive teams, and organizational transformation, founder Dr. Christina Hyde recognized a consistent pattern: leadership transitions were among the greatest opportunities for organizational growth, yet they were often the least structured.

Christina Hyde, ND, MBA, CPHQ, is a physician, healthcare executive, and leadership consultant with more than thirteen years of executive leadership experience. Throughout her career she has led strategic growth initiatives, operational transformation, physician partnerships, and multidisciplinary teams in highly complex healthcare environments.

Her unique combination of clinical experience, business expertise, and years of executive leadership provides a rare perspective on how leaders think, make decisions, build trust, and guide organizations through change.
